Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times: metro cities 3–5 business days, other cities 4–7 business days, remote areas 5–8 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout — free on orders over Rs. 499. A tracking ID will be sent via email or SMS once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds — Vaayra

We want you to love your Vaayra product. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items: Used, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items; items without original packaging or tags; personalised items; clearance or final-sale items.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shopvaayra@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping: We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
